𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁-𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗼 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗪𝗚
The Nagkalit-Kalit–Bulalacao Watershed Management Board and Technical Working Group (TWG) participated in a training on forest and wildlife protection, biodiversity conservation, and the policies governing the El Nido Protected Area.
Serving as resource persons were Ms. Ana Liza D. Marasigan, Senior Environmental Management Specialist and Chief of the Conservation and Development Section, and Forester Richard Pareñas, Forest Technician I of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
This initiative is a joint project of the LGU–El Nido and El Nido Foundation, funded by the Forest Foundation Philippines. It aims to strengthen local capacities in enforcing environmental policies, managing natural resources, and safeguarding the rich biodiversity within the watershed areas.
